It has been 3 weeks already since school started. Hope everyone had a good long weekend. Our PTA is gearing up for one of our biggest annual events of the year, PANDA PICNIC which is tomorrow! We hope to see you there.
VOLUNTEER NEWS
We have received quite some interest to volunteer for Stocklmeir PTA. We really appreciate your energy and time towards our school. Our programs could not run without you. If you are interested in joining our volunteer team, please fill out this form.
Room Rep training will be held by our wonderful Room Rep coordinator and team on September 14 and 21. See details in the upcoming events below.
We currently have PTA board positions OPEN for an Auditor, Historian and Assemblies & Education advocate. See position descriptions here.
Fingerprinting is one of the prerequisites for certain volunteer activities which involve working with children and being on stocklmeir campus. We are happy to arrange this service through Livescan during our picnic for those who are interested in volunteering.
Cost: $32 ( Cash/Credit Card Accepted)
What To Bring: Government Issued ID ( Passport or US Driver's License). See here for a full list of valid identification.
Forms: May be picked up in office ahead of time or on site at Panda Picnic
Match volunteering time: Some companies match volunteer time and donate money towards the organization you are giving your time to. Please check with your company if they have that program and double your impact for our PTA.
PTA MEMBERSHIP AND DIRECT DONATION
First of all, BIG THANK YOU to everyone who joined our PTA and donated. We are at about 17% of our goal for direct donations within the first couple weeks. None of our PTA programs would be possible without your generous contributions.
If you haven’t done so yet, please remember that you can join the PTA for as little as $10. A suggested donation of $250 per child or $400 per family is greatly appreciated and directly funds PTA-supported programs for your child throughout the year. All donations are tax deductible. Don’t forget to request a corporate match and double your impact. Donate here.

Show your Panda pride! SpiritWear Store is now open through Friday, September 23rd. Youth XS size has been added to short sleeve t-shirts along with full zip hooded sweatshirt and fleece jackets. PANDA PICNIC! Friday, September 9, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m
Come join us at Stocklmeir’s first community event of the year. Fun for all ages! Meet other Stocklmeir families, stop by the various booths, do a fun craft, watch a show, meet Pandy and of course try some of the great food from the various food trucks! We hope to see you there!
