General Association Meetings

Please join us for our PTA General Association Meetings.  General Association Meetings are held four to five times during the school year. The dates are September 20, November 15, March 21, May 30.

Who can attend:

All Parents, Teachers, Students, Grandparents, etc

Discussions to include:

• PTA Board Elections

• Updates from PTA 

• Report about the various PTA activities and how donations are being used

Agenda:

• Call to order

• Approve minutes

• Presentation of the Board and Committee chairs

• Officers’ reports

• Staff’s reports

• Community questions and Input

• Q&A
