Welcome to October! Hope everyone is getting ready for Fall festivities.
PTA GENERAL ASSOCIATION MEETINGS
We invite you to join us tonight at our first PTA general association meeting 6-7p in GLC. All are welcome to attend. General Association Meetings are held four to five times during the school year. Here are the upcoming dates for the rest of the school year. Dec 1, Feb 2, April 6, (June 8)*. All meetings will be held on Thursdays and in person in GLC.
* The June 8th date is tentative.
CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!
Project Cornerstone and Room Rep volunteers are actively planning for fun activities in your child's classroom this month! Please consider volunteering for these roles so that no children miss out on these wonderful events! About 10 classrooms are still looking for representatives.
Scholastic Book Fair will be at Stocklmeir from November 4-10th. We will need volunteers to help with setting up, student shopping, cashiering (day, after school, and evening shopping hours), our Book Fair Family Night, and breakdown of the event. Please note: only cleared volunteers will be able to sign up for volunteering during school hours.
Don't delay! It may take up to several weeks for all CUSD volunteering requirements to be processed, so please start as soon as possible. There are many who have started the process but are still waiting to be cleared. Thank you for your patience!

If you haven’t done so yet, please remember that you can join the PTA for as little as $10. A suggested donation of $250 per child or $400 per family is greatly appreciated and directly funds PTA-supported programs for your child throughout the year. All donations are tax deductible. We plan to host popsicle parties for classrooms with 15 or more donations. Donate today!
UPCOMING EVENTS
SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR - November 4th - 10th, Stocklmeir GLC
Every year, Stocklmeir hosts the Scholastic Book Fair at our school for a week during the school year. Day, after school and evening shopping hours will be available. Parents are invited to come to the book fair on Monday, Nov 7th, for our family night.
RESTAURANT FUNDRAISERS
CHAAT BHAVAN - Tuesday, November 15th. All day: 10:30a to 10pm. 20% of all proceeds on that day will be donated to Stocklmeir PTA. Show the flyer or mention when ordering.
