Be a Part of Your Child's Education

Volunteers are critical to our PTA programs and without them our programs would not happen. Studies show that parental involvement in a child's education is one of the most important factors in raising a strong academic student with high self esteem. Furthermore, most experts agree that parental involvement should go beyond attendance at teacher conferences and open house. We appreciate that each of our families are unique, so we try to provide as many different kinds of opportunities for parental involvement as possible.

Why Should I Become a Volunteer for the PTA?

Be involved and create memories.

Be a part of your child’s elementary school experience and create lasting memories with them. Help plan fun events, and activities the whole family can attend.

Be a positive role model.

By becoming a member of our PTA, you’ll be a role model and demonstrate to your child the importance you place on their education and how helping is rewarding.

Be a part of Stocklmeir’s Community.

By volunteering you get to meet and work with teachers, students and other parents at Stocklmeir. You can share ideas, concerns, and experiences to make the school year better for everyone.

Be part of the solution

By getting involved at Stocklmeir you can help make positive changes. Our PTA plays an important role in fundraising to provide improvements, curriculum-based programs, and social events.

What is the Time Commitment?

The PTA organizes many events throughout the school year. You do not have to volunteer for everything. We appreciate any amount of time you are able to give.  Whether you have 10 minutes or 1 hour – we would love for you to come out and help.
